We will give you an estimate for framing and once payment has been received through PayPal we will have the artwork finished for you. There is no gallery charge for providing this service. Other Things You Need to Know This is not an on-line competition. Works accepted will be shown in the final Competition Exhibition in West Cornwall, Connecticut. Artists should be prepared to ship (or deliver) their work to arrive approximately two weeks prior to the exhibition date. Works should be available for sale and may remain with Lady Audrey’s Gallery for a period of two (2) months.
If not sold within the two month time period, artists may arrange for the return of the work or continue exhibiting with Lady Audrey’s Gallery. Work accepted for the final Competition Exhibition will also be available for sale through Lady Audrey’s Gallery website. How To Enter
Entries must be in the form of 35mm slides, digital jpeg’s on a CD, or as e-mail attachments in 800x600 dpi jpeg format and accompanied by an official entry form or facsimile thereof. Incomplete entry forms, such as those without a telephone number, may be disqualified. Slides and CDs will be returned if accompanied by a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope or may be picked up at the gallery. Please fill out or print out a copy and submit the Competition Entry Form. If you have trouble uploading jpegs on the Entries Form, please remember images should be no larger than 800 x 600 dpi. Entry fee is $45.00 for up to 3 pieces. You may submit your entry information, attaching jpegs, in an e-mail to ladyaudreys@optonline.net For artists 12 years of age and younger, the entry fee is $15.00 and requires written permission from a parent (an e-mail is acceptable). You may also send your check or money order together with the entry form information to Lady Audrey’s Gallery P. O. Entries will be pre-qualified and Artists will be notified within 10 days of receipt of jpeg submissions whether the work has been accepted for the Exhibition Competition. The artist is responsible for all shipping costs to and from Lady Audrey’s Gallery. All work submitted must be original and similar to the work which will be submitted if accepted by the pre-screening jury. All wall art must be framed and ready to hang (if appropriate). Lady Audrey’s Gallery reserves the right to determine acceptable subject matter for its website as well as sponsored competitions.
